It is undoubtedly a chic and comfortable option when in Johannesburg. The building is nice and the rooms are exceptionally clean with safe, Aircon plus fridge. The staff are accommodating, we loved them. The location of the hotel is marvellous, so close to subcontinent restuarant.

Everything was great, courteous staff made our stay comfortable. It was in an ideal and good location easy walk to Fordsburg Square. Besides, we were not far from a safe area and shops. Booked big room that was not cleaned toilet to be apecific...

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Clean hotel with quiet vibe. Nicely furnished and big size rooms for three double beds, quite comfortable stay! Welcoming and accommodating staff during our stay. Location just next door to Johannesburg, park station and a safe area. Nearby Thatchers Pub and Grill - great place to chill out.

The staff at Galaxy Tower went above and beyond to assist us with parking, making sure we had no problems. The buffet breakfast was absolutely lovely and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was convenient, with major sightseeing activities close by. We felt safe with the 24/7 security guards in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!
